Need a replacement truck bed, cab, door, tailgate, bumper, fender or other vehicle component but prefer not to pay the entire cost at once? Apex Auto Spare Parts may offer flexible payment arrangements on qualifying purchases.
Availability, deposit requirements and payment schedules depend on the product, order value, delivery destination and applicable laws. Every arrangement must be confirmed in writing before payment.
Available Payment Options
Pay in Full
Customers may pay the complete product price and any applicable taxes, shipping, crating or handling charges before the order is processed.
Deposit and Balance
For certain products, we may accept an initial deposit to reserve the item. The remaining balance must be paid by the date stated in your written invoice or payment agreement.
Unless the agreement states otherwise:
The deposit is applied to the purchase price.
The product is reserved only for the agreed holding period.
Shipping or collection is arranged after cleared payment of the required balance.
A deposit does not change the agreed product price.
Deposit cancellation and refund conditions will be provided before payment.
Instalment Payment Plan
Qualifying customers may request a weekly, biweekly or monthly payment schedule. Payment plans are considered individually and are not automatically available for every product or customer.
Your written agreement will clearly state:
Product description and identification
Total purchase price
Initial deposit
Instalment amount
Payment frequency
Number of payments
Payment due dates
Taxes and other charges
Shipping, crating and handling costs
Cancellation and refund conditions
Consequences of missed payments
When the product will be released or shipped
When ownership transfers to the customer
A payment plan is not active until both parties have accepted the written terms.
How to Request a Payment Plan
Choose your part: Select the truck bed, cab, door, tailgate, bumper, fender or other component you want to purchase.
Confirm compatibility: Send your vehicle year, make, model, cab configuration, bed length and VIN when available. Fitment must be confirmed before entering a payment agreement.
Request a current quotation: Provide your delivery postal or ZIP code so we can estimate freight, crating and applicable charges.
Select a proposed schedule: Tell us whether you prefer weekly, biweekly or monthly payments and the amount you can reasonably pay.
Review the written agreement: We will provide the proposed deposit, payment dates, total cost and applicable conditions.
Make payment only after verification: Review the invoice, business information, product photographs and payment instructions before sending money.
Approval and Eligibility
Payment arrangements are subject to availability, order value, customer verification and applicable law. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
The person entering the agreement must:
Be at least 18 years old or the legal age required in their jurisdiction
Provide accurate contact and billing information
Have authorization to use the selected payment method
Accept the written payment terms
Complete any reasonable identity or fraud-prevention checks
Apex Auto Spare Parts reserves the right to decline a request where verification cannot be completed or the proposed arrangement is unsuitable.
Product Reservation
A product is not reserved merely because a customer asks about it. A reservation begins only after the required deposit has cleared and written confirmation has been issued.
The confirmation will state how long the product will be held. If payments are not completed according to the agreement, the reservation may be cancelled subject to the cancellation and refund provisions disclosed before payment.
Shipping and Collection
The product’s advertised price may not include shipping. Large components such as truck beds, cabs and bumpers normally require freight transport, protective packaging, a pallet or a crate.
Before accepting the payment plan, customers should request a complete quotation showing:
Product price
Applicable taxes
Packaging or crating charges
Freight cost
Residential, commercial or terminal delivery
Liftgate or unloading requirements
Estimated dispatch conditions
Shipping normally begins only after the amount required under the agreement has cleared. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier schedules, weather, customs, remote destinations and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Missed or Late Payments
Contact us before a due date if you expect difficulty making a scheduled payment. Available solutions depend on the written agreement and applicable law.
A missed payment may result in:
A revised schedule where mutually agreed
Temporary suspension of order processing
Cancellation of the reservation
Application of the cancellation terms stated in the agreement
No late fee, interest charge or other penalty will apply unless it was clearly disclosed in writing and is permitted by law.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the product, its condition, whether it was specially sourced, how much has been paid and whether packaging or shipping work has begun.
Before paying, review the written terms carefully. They will explain:
Whether the deposit is refundable
The deadline for cancelling
Any documented costs that may be deducted
How approved refunds are returned
The expected refund-processing period
Conditions applying to custom, specially sourced or already shipped products
Approved refunds should normally be returned through the original payment method whenever practical and lawful.
